Oral Examinations are over here at BBC- I passed and will graduate in May. I can now resume my normal reading and writing habits! I'm in the process of drafting out a new position on kingdom and end-times issues (eschatology)... I've been really intrigued lately with the "kingdom transfer" of believers from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of God's blessed Son, and Paul's referral to believers as "those upon whom the ends of the ages have come"...and "seated with Christ in the heavenlies"...
As a Dispensationalist, I am often dissapointed when Dispensationalist teachers and authors, so intent on being distanced from Kingdom NOW reformed thinkers, push aside any option of aspects of the kingdom directly applying to the life of the believer!
So, I'm studying out the possibility of a partial (or already, not yet) fullfillment of the Kingdom for Church-age believers... and I'm calling it Imbricated Kingdomology (meaning one or more overlapping ages). It is in accordance with a Pre-Millenial and Pre-Tribulational, Dispensational Eschatology, but I'm developing it as an outgrowth of Early Church Apocalyptic beliefs.
I think this is the easiest context to develop it from, as Paul uses Apocaliptic terminology in his own Eschatological teachings.
So, expect an informal introduction to "Imbricated Kingdomology" on here soon... in the form of a discussion of Isaiah's Apocalyptic literature.

...nice picture!
Really interesting stuff, Josh. Keep working at it and don't let people discourage you or knock you for what you're doing.
Love you, man.
